In addition to the prepared selections, students may be asked to do a cold reading from the script.
Crew members are selected through the audition process, so if a student is interested in being considered for crew, he/she must go through the entire audition process.
While not required, the director does suggest that you familiarize yourself with the play before auditioning.
If a call back is necessary, it will be held Sunday, November 18 at 2p.
The call back list will be posted on the website no later than 9p on Saturday, November 17.

Due to limitations in cast & crew size and expected audition turnout, not every student will be cast in the show or involved as a crew member.
Rehearsals begin January 5. Most rehearsals are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6-9p and Saturday from 10a-1p. See the CONFLICT CALENDAR for specific days and times.
The Diviners will be performed on February 21-22-23, 2019 @ 7p.
Cast members are expected to pay a $150 participation fee, payable at the Parent Meeting on November 27.

If cost is a concern that would prevent a student from participating, please contact the director to discuss alternatives and scholarship opportunities.
CYT desires to include as many students as possible in its productions, however each production has a limited cast and crew size. As interest in CYT continues to grow, the integrity of the program requires that we cast the strongest talent available. Participation in CYT classes or camps does NOT mean a student will be cast in a CYT main stage production. Likewise, prior participation in a CYT production does NOT guarantee a role in the cast or crew.
